Photography classes in San Diego – What an amazing time I had yesterday! This was a San Diego Photography workshop that had to be rescheduled due to the rain last week, but it was definitely worth the wait. The weather could not have been more perfect; clear skies, great light, and a gentle breeze that made it ideal for capturing beautiful moments.
The group was small, just five fun, energetic, and incredibly inspiring photographers, each with their own unique style and approach. We had a mix of Canon, Sony, and Nikon cameras, and it was wonderful to see how each person interacted with their equipment and applied the skills we covered. Watching the students progress throughout the day was so gratifying—it’s always exciting to see someone grasp a new concept and then get excited about using it in their photography.
At this point, it’s all about practice and refining those techniques. The foundation is laid, and now it’s time to keep experimenting and honing those skills. I’m really proud of how far everyone came during our time together. It’s these moments, when everything clicks for a student, that really make my work so rewarding.
A huge thank you to each of the participants for spending the day with me during my “No More Auto Mode” workshop. I hope you left feeling inspired and ready to take your photography to the next level. Keep shooting, keep experimenting, and most importantly, have fun with it! Looking forward to seeing all of you continue to grow and develop your craft. See you at the next workshop!
