📸 San Diego Photography Workshop: Manual Mode, Activated!
We just wrapped up another epic hands-on photography class in sunny (okay, mostly sunny) San Diego—and what a ride it was! Our elite squad of four students showed up locked and loaded with Nikon, Sony, and Canon gear, ready to take on the mysteries of manual mode. It was like the Avengers assembled… but instead of superpowers, we had shutter speeds and depth of field.
To the brave souls who joined: thank you! It was an absolute blast meeting each of you and watching your confidence bloom faster than a wide-open f/1.4 lens. You asked smart questions, twisted mysterious dials, squinted at histograms like seasoned pros—and you nailed it. The weather? Surprisingly cooperative for August. No rain, no fog, just enough sunshine to make your lenses sparkle.
Now the real adventure begins. Your cameras are no longer in charge—you are. So go forth and shoot boldly. Whether you’re capturing golden-hour sunsets, gritty street scenes, or your cat doing something vaguely majestic (or just sitting there like royalty), remember: you’ve got this.
